Our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. As such, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair to all customers.

All products sold by AUTOMATEAICO — including Make.com scenario blueprints, setup guides, and prompt packs — are digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
